Managing Partner, Field Operations

Dustin Wiley brings 22 years of telecommunications construction experience to ARC, with a strong background in field operations, onsite crew leadership, and construction execution. As Managing Partner, Dustin helps oversee onsite crews and day-to-day field operations, making sure work is completed safely, professionally, and to the standards our customers expect.

Known for his hands-on field knowledge and strong communication with both crews and customers, Dustin understands what it takes to keep jobs moving and represent the company well onsite. He takes pride in leading from the field, supporting crews, answering questions with respect, and making sure customers feel confident in the work being performed.

For Dustin, ARC is an onsite leadership company that takes pride in doing the job right. He believes professionalism matters at every level because every crew member represents the ARC name. His approach is rooted in accountability, respect, quality work, and faith.

Dustin is from Atkins, Arkansas, where he still lives with his wife, Jessica, and their twins, Callie and Carter. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, watching his kids play sports, and spending time with his family.

His guiding verse is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Managing Partner, Operations & Customer Accounts

Derek Blasingame brings 14 years of telecommunications experience to ARC, with a strong background in operations, invoicing, onboarding, rate cards, customer accounts, and sub-partner relationships. As Managing Partner, Derek helps keep ARC’s business and project operations organized, connected, and moving in the right direction.

Known for his organization, communication, and steady approach, Derek plays a key role in making sure customers, partners, and internal teams have what they need to be successful. He understands that strong operations are built on trust, clear communication, and follow-through.

For Derek, taking care of customers means doing work safely, treating people right, and leaving each jobsite looking as clean and restored as possible. He believes ARC’s customers can trust the team because ARC operates as a true partner — not just a contractor — and is committed to making things right.

Originally from Heber Springs, Arkansas, Derek now lives in Pottsville with his wife, Jennifer, and their two sons, Dylan and Brody. Outside of work, he enjoys watching his sons play sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Derek’s approach is guided by a simple belief: treat others the way you want to be treated, trust your partners, and when in doubt, overcommunicate.

Managing Partner, Business Operations

Tara Bryan brings more than 15 years of telecommunications experience to ARC, with a background in Human Resources, Employee Relations, business operations, and people-focused leadership across multiple MSOs. As Managing Partner, Tara helps lead ARC’s finance, marketing, HR, and business operations, supporting the company’s growth while keeping the team focused on service, integrity, and strong relationships.

Known for her ability to connect with people, build trust, and keep things moving, Tara brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to every part of the business. Whether she is working with partners, customers, crews, or the internal team, her focus is on making things easier, communicating clearly, and doing business the right way.

For Tara, ARC is about more than telecommunications construction. It is about building a company rooted in integrity, family values, hard work, and follow-through. She believes in doing good work, treating people right, and protecting the name on the door — a mindset that guides how ARC serves its customers, partners, and crews.

Originally from St. Joseph, Missouri, Tara now lives in Russellville, Arkansas with her husband, Shane. Together they have two children, Christian and Audrey, their dog Ruger, and grandpuppy Roxy. Outside of work, Tara enjoys boating, fishing, reading, and traveling with her family.

Her motto, “Never settle for less than butterflies,” reflects the way she approaches both life and business — with high standards, heart, and the belief that the right things are worth building well.

Managing Partner, Operations & Strategy

Shane Bryan brings more than 25 years of telecommunications construction experience to ARC, with a background in operations, safety, training, VP-level construction leadership, and COO experience in contractor operations. As Managing Partner, Shane helps lead ARC’s operations, strategy, compliance, safety, and customer relationships, ensuring projects are managed with experience, accountability, and clear communication.

Known for his direct communication, practical leadership, and deep field knowledge, Shane understands what it takes to keep projects moving, crews aligned, and customers informed. His experience across both field operations and executive leadership allows him to see the full picture — from planning and customer needs to execution and closeout.

For Shane, ARC is about more than telecommunications construction. It is about family, doing what you say you are going to do, and building a company the right way. He believes every project should be seen through to the end, with the work done right the first time and the customer confident in the team behind it.
